This role involves a variety of tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and translation.ResponsibilitiesData entry using Excel, Word, and PDF softwareFiling, organizing, and managing documentsPreparing documents such as letters, reports, and presentationsTranslating internal documents between Japanese and EnglishOther administrative tasks as assignedQualificationsMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesFluent in both Japanese and English (reading and writing)Bachelors degree or equivalentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and PDF softwarePrevious office work experience is requiredWork ScheduleLess than 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PMOvertime may be required as neededWork schedule is generally fixed, but we offer flexibility for school events, childcare needs, etc.
